Recipes for life.

It has been almost ten years since I started sharing my thoughts and feelings on food through a cooking blog I set up online in 2008. In 2010 I took that energy and inspiration into a studio and began giving cooking classes, sharing my love of food with students of all ages and walks of life.

Three years later I took the big leap and opened my own restaurant, experiencing the joy of seeing people walk though to the door to savour my cuisine.

My path has seen great joy and great challenges, fulfilling one’s dreams always is to experience the deepest range of human emotions.

I have met amazing people over these years who are deeply important to me, my students, my customers, my classmates, my team members, everyone who collaborate with, and I cherish every one of them. I now call them friends.

To me cooking has always been a way to share and express love. It is also a form of communication, a way of giving knowledge and nourishment, physically and spiritually.

The brand new Facebook page is for friends, old and new, to share ideas, thoughts, life lessons and recipes – of course! Food is love.

自我2008年開始在BLOG上分享與美食有關的點點滴滴,不知不覺已近十年了。2010年,我懷着一份對美食的熱情成立工作室,並開始烹飪班,與不同年齡、來自不同行業的學生分享我對美食的熱愛。

3年後,我再跨出一步,開設了自己的餐廳,享受着客人來訪品嚐我旳菜餚。

一路以來,既有歡樂,亦滿是挑戰。實現夢想的過程,自是酸甜苦辣,五味紛陳。當中遇到不少對我至為重要的人:我的學生、客人、同學、戰友,以及所有曾合作的人。可與各位相知相識,成為朋友,都是我珍而重之的緣份。

為我而言,烹飪是表達愛意的一種方式,也是一種聯繫,一種傳達知識與營養的途徑,不論是為身體或是心靈。

這全新的facebook專頁是為各位新知舊雨去分享各自想法與人生體驗而設。當然!還有食譜分享!因為,Food is love. 美食就是愛。
