Its been over a year of silence in my cooking career, there are always times, people and situation in life that push you to the limit, of being away from what you are passionate at. But I trust a closed door is a redirection leading you to somewhere better.
Osho sayings “Don’t seek, don’t search, don’t ask, don’t knock, don’t demand ~ relax. If you relax it comes, if you relax it is there. If you relax, you start vibrating with it.”
During this year, I tried to follow the flow, to be in the moment at where it makes my soul calm and joy. Being go within, strengthening my body and thoughts, nourishing my soul through yoga and meditation, it slowly leads me to somewhere I never been.
Putting aside something you’ve been so familiar and experienced at, is another way of trying to learn it again from the beginning, going back to the feeling of how this all begins and getting a deeper level of understanding and connection.
Thank you for all the customers who had been so patiently waiting for me, thank you for that important email from a professor aboard who says he wants to pay a visit to Macao because he’s attracted by the story and my food and was sad that he couldn’t have a chance to experience it.
Thank you, myself, of trusting something better will come and create space to develop inner self to prepare for the future.
This moment, a strong desire of going back to the culinary world finally comes. Ideas keep popping in with what I had experience this year. And I can’t wait to share new thoughts, arts and mindfulness concept through taste .
Waiting is a sign of true love and patience ~ “cooking” we are reconnected !
